BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said officers arrested a murder suspect.
According to the department, 19 year-old Singleton Blake-Duppins has been charged with 1st Degree Murder for the death of 26 year-old Graham Blake.

Blake was shot and killed February 28th, while in the 2500 block of Gibbons Avenue in Northeast Baltimore.
Duppins is at Central Booking waiting to see a court commissioner.
