BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said a teen is in serious condition after being shot on the west side.
At 9:10 p.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Poplar Grove Street for a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 19 year-old boy suffering with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Investigators learned that was was approached by two unidentified men, armed with guns, before they shot him.
