Two Baltimore Police officers who fired at a suspect during a traffic stop earlier this year ave been cleared of wrongdoing.
In January, the officers stopped Jawan Richards who police say put the car he was driving in reverse and hit an officer.
Both officers fired their guns, injuring Richards.
The State's Attorney's Office said Friday that the the officers had reason to believe they were in danger.
