37-year-old man dies a day after being shot in Northeast Baltimore

BALTIMORE — A 37-year-old man dies a day after he was shot in Northeast Baltimore on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, at around 7:35 p.m., officers heard gunfire while they were patrolling. Eventually, a concerned citizen told them that the gunfire was in 2500 block of Kirk Avenue. Officers got to the area and found 37-year-old Louis Wilson.

Wilson was taken to an area hospital, but police confirmed that he died on Thursday.
