Four men suspected to be members of MS-13 have been indicted in connection with conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering and murder in aid of racketeering.
According to the indictment, 24-year-old Daniel Flores-Ventura, 31-year-old Vilas Sail Argueta-Bermudez, 25-year-old Willians Ernesto Lovos-Ayala, and 24-year-old Michael Campos-Lemus have been arrested and charged for allegedly committing a murder on July 16, 2015, in Montgomery County.
Officials say the murdered victim was found in September of 2015 after the person was reported missing on July 18, 2015, just a few days after the murder.
The two-count indictment alleges that from at least 2015 through September 2017, the defendants were members and associates of MS-13 who planned and committed murders, drug trafficking, and extortions.
MS-13 is a national and international gang composed primarily of immigrants or descendants of immigrants from El Salvador.
