Two dead, one hurt in three Tuesday shootings in Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Two people are dead and another is injured following three separate shootings on Tuesday in Baltimore.

The latest incident happened around 8:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Wicklow Road.

Police were called to the location, where they found a 34-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a hospital where he later died.

Earlier in the afternoon, around 4 p.m. a 29-year-old was shot in the upper body in the 1200 block of Greenmount Avenue.

Then just after midnight, another man was killed in the 1600 block of Stonewood Road. Officials say the 41-year-old victim was pronounced deceased on scene.

Tuesday's string of violence follows a Martin Luther King Jr. Day which saw a person killed and three others injured in four separate incidents.
