It’s a trip that Wallace Hargrove said the woman makes everyday.

He said he knows the woman that was killed and that she takes the cab to the grocery store around that time every morning.

He watched the aftermath of the deadly wreck.

“Nice person, and has been living here a long time,” he said.

The driver and passenger of the 2011 grey Honda Accord ran away from the scene.

Det. Jeremy Silbert said that the driver crossed over into the opposite lane.

“The driver lost control, we’re not how sure right now,” Silbert said. “It was raining earlier this morning, but I don’t want to speculate. What we are doing is encouraging the community to come forward. We’ve talked about these cases in the past when we’re able to close these cases when the community comes forward."

Hargrove said he will miss his neighbor and hopes people will slow down and think more about their actions.

“It’s stupid, if you kill somebody stay for a little. It’s sad I hope they find them and catch them.”

This happened at 10:30 am, on the busy 3700 block of Greenspring Ave.

Anyone with information on the identity of the driver of the Honda Accord or passenger, is asked to call detectives at 410-396-2606. Callers can remain anonymous.
