The 911 emergency system has been restored in Baltimore City, according to mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
Fire officials notified ABC2 of the system's outage at approximately 8:40 p.m. Tuesday. Residents should resume calling 911 with emergencies rather than 311.
