BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police said three people were killed in separate shootings Wednesday night.
The first shooting happened at about 10:33 p.m., in 400 block of South Bentalou Street near the Westside Shopping Center in Southwest Baltimore.
On the the scene, officers found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds.
A medic transported the victim to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Police identified the victim as 42-year-old Corey Moss, who resided on the same block where he was killed.
Almost ten minutes later, on the city's Eastside, police responded to a triple shooting in the 1800 block of North Chester Street. There, officers found a 21-year-old female and an unidentified male, who both died from their injuries.
On April 16, police identified the victims as Diarah Baxter, and 20-year-old Marcus Alston, respectively.
Officers found another victim, a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Homicide detectives responded to the location and assumed control of the investigation.
