The Baltimore Office of Promotion and The Arts is offering complimentary access to arts and cultural events.
Anyone who visits will be treated to a special performance by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. The 'Orchkids' will perform music as part of a social change program for youth outside the Aquarium's front plaza.
This event runs from 5-8 p.m.
