BALTIMORE — Because of COVID-19 and Maryland's stay-at-home order, Baltimore Ceasefire is making all its events virtual.
"We want everyone to be safe," said Erricka Bridgeford.
The Ceasefire Weekend is already underway and playing host to various events and meetings online.
"People are doing Zoom and challenges online. There's a Daddy-and-Me bake off contest and those kinds of things," she said.
This weekend ceasefire comes as two shootings Thursday pushed the city's shooting deaths to 103.
"This weekend is really about everyone being peaceful. It's not just about shooters," said Bridgeford.
