BALTIMORE — If you drive anywhere in the city, potholes are pretty hard to miss, especially on Hanover Street.
Because of the holes, Wednesday is the official launch of the "Mayor's 50-Day Pothole Challenge" to smooth and improve the city's roadways.
It's part of Mayor Jack Young's "Clean it Up Campaign" where city officials and residents work together to create a cleaner and safer city.
Wednesday's event kicks off at 10:15 a.m. on South Collington Avenue.
Mayor Young and the Department of Transportation will also give a pothole repair demonstration.
