BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said they are being made aware of large gatherings where people are in close contact.
BPD said they are responding to these complaints and when they do, it takes them away from potentially urgent calls.
They say It is not safe to gather in crowds and want everyone to stay healthy by practicing social distancing.
