BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a missing 74-year-old woman who was last seen at around 9:45 p.m. on Halloween.
Patricia Allmond suffers from dementia and was last seen in the 4700 block of Frederick Avenue wearing a blue jacket, red sweater, black or blue pants and black dress shoes. She is 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 200 pounds.
