Baltimore Police have found for Alex Medina, 4, and his cousin Steven Shipley, 49, who are reported missing.
Medina was last seen with his cousin on Sunday on the 1700 block of East Federal Street. They were seen in a 2013 blue Ford Fusion with a Pennsylvania license plate KDE5034.
Shipley is around 5'7" and weighs 165 pounds.
