BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police need help locating 2-year-old Shawn Davis who was last seen on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. in the area of 2400 West Baltimore Street.
Shawn was last seen wearing a white onesie and blue shorts. He was last seen with his father, 27-year-old Terrell Davis.
