Baltimore Police have identified the bicyclist killed Monday in a hit-and-run crash involving a dump truck.
Police said the victim was Ralph Myron Roane, 54, of Dundalk.
Police believe Roane was riding a bicycle in the 1100 block of Chester Street when he was struck by a dump truck.
The truck did not remain at the scene and was last seen traveling northbound on Chester Street.
