BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have recovered a body from the water in the Inner Harbor off of Pier 5, at the western end of Eastern Avenue.
WMAR-2 News is on the scene, where police could be seen gathered around a tarp on a floating boat landing off of the pier.
Police confirmed it was the body of an adult male was found around 4:30 p.m. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the man's cause of death.
