BALTIMORE — City Council President Brandon Scott is calling for answers from the City's non emergency help line.

This comes after several complaints that calls to 311 are answered quicker in certain parts of the city than others.

Some people are saying their calls aren't getting answered at all.

Scott wants representatives from 311 and the Department of Public Works to come together to find a resolution, so all residents can have their calls answered in a timely manner.
