Parents, activists and community members took a stand at the Board of Estimates meeting Wednesday to pressure the Baltimore City Council and school system to fix the budget gap.
Before walking out of the meeting BUILD handed letters to Catherine Pugh and the council that outlined demands to restore $130 million to City schools.
The group also delivered letters to BCPSS CEO Sonja Santelises and Governor Larry Hogan.
