Sagamore development's Port Covington tax increment financing application is under scrutiny by "Build One Baltimore" whose leaders are calling on the city council to vote no on the project.
The group is holding a meeting Monday night to discuss an analysis of the project's tax increment financing, or TIF.
"Build One Baltimore" wants the agreement to make sure affordable housing can be built and struggling neighborhoods restored.
The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church.
