BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police on Wednesday released surveillance footage of two suspects wanted in connection to the July 17 murder of a 28-year-old man.
It happened around 8:30 in the morning in the 800 block of Low Street.
The two suspects allegedly chased the victim down, and assaulted him before shooting him to death.
