BALTIMORE — A convicted felon who is barred from owning a gun was arrested with a handgun inside of his car.
33-year-old Johntae Brown was pulled over by a police officer in the Unit Block of W. 22nd Street on Monday night. Inside of Brown's car police say they found a .25 caliber semi-automatic handgun.
The gun was seized and submitted as evidence and Brown was issued a traffic citation and charged with handgun violations.
