BALTIMORE — A Baltimore City Councilman has returned some funds a company raised for his re-election campaign on his behalf.
Ryan Dorsey represents the City's third district.
Last year, some people from Clinic Management and Development Services, which is headquartered in Columbia asked Dorsey if they could raise funds for him.
The company is in his district.
According to a Facebook post, Dorsey says he returned those contributions yesterday.
