BALTIMORE — A double shooting left a man dead inside a Northeast Baltimore apartment building Monday night.
Police were called just before 11:30 p.m. to the 5300 block of Sinclair Lane for a report of gunshots being heard.
Arriving officers found 34-year-old Joseph Washington inside an apartment building, suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. He died at the scene.
Police also located 28-year-old man inside, with a gunshot wound to the back. Police say he's expected to survive.
No information on a possible motive or suspect was released.
