A young man watching crews respond to a crash in East Baltimore Sunday just might want to be a fire fighter or a musician one day thanks to the kindness of an observant fire fighter.
A firefighter noticed him playing air drums with a pair of drum sticks while watching Engine 33 at the scene of a crash at Washington Street and Lafayette Avenue.
According to a Facebook post, after the call, Pump Operator Dorsey asked the boy if he had any drums. The answer was no.
Tuesday, PO Dorsey and the crew of Engine 33 gave a snare drum and stand to Tywon, “who will now be able to keep his neighbors up all night.”
