BALTIMORE — A man was pulled out of a manhole Tuesday afternoon on 21st and Charles Street.
The incident happened at around 12:30 p.m., and fire officials said that they're unsure of exactly how he ended up in the hole. He was out within 20 minutes and transported to a local hospital.
The man suffered non-life threatening injuries.
