Former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh has sold one of her homes in Northwest Baltimore which were raided earlier this year during the 'Healthy Holly' book scandal.

State property records show the home that Pugh owned on the 3600 block of Dennlyn Road in the Ashburton neighborhood was sold on July 31, 2019 for about $75,000. That's two months after Pugh resigned as mayor and three months after federal agents raided both of the homes she owned in that neighborhood. According to those property records, the assessed value of that home was nearly $188,000.

Right now, it appears the mayor is still living at her other home in the Ashburton neighborhood a short distance away on Ellamont Road.

That is the home where Pugh's attorney Steve Silverman held a news conference with reporters after the FBI raids back in April. He talked about her health saying at the time she might not be "lucid" enough to make a decision about her future.

So far, no comment on the property sale from the former mayor.
