Free app allows you to navigate Light City Festival and have a schedule of events right on your phone.
The Baltimore Office of Promotions and Arts launched the app for the event taking place Friday, March 31 through Saturday, April 8.
The app offers important information about Baltimore's festival of light, music and innovation.
You can see all the festival has to offer including a map and a schedule of events.
The map shows the 58 free attractions along the BGE Light Art Walk at the Inner Harbor. This year it features 23 illuminated visual artworks, 8 food and beverage bars, live performances, and concert stages.
You can also learn more about the conferences offered during the festival. They are taking place at the Columbus Center.
New this year, the app will also give you information on the 8 different Neighborhood Lights locations throughout Baltimore. You will be able to see a map of 'Brilliant Baltimore' locations outside of the festival footprint that will have special lighting during the festival.
You can plan your entire festival experience on the app by creating a customizable schedule. You even have the option for push notifications to remind you about specific events.
The app also contains important information for festival-goers such as transportation and parking, and accessibility.
Search "Light City Baltimore" in your app store.
