27-year-old man shot and killed in Southwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Police are investigating an early Sunday morning homicide in Southwest Baltimore.

Around 2:09 a.m., police were called to the 1200 block of Hollins Street to investigate a shooting. There, officers found 27-year-old MIchael Perry suffering from gunshot wounds.

Perry was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Medical Center for treatment. He was pronounced dead by medical personnel shortly after arrival.
