Homicide Detectives investigating shooting on Baltimore's East-side that left a man and teen injured

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a Tuesday night shooting on the city's East-side.

At 8:11 p.m., police were notified about a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. There, officers found a 17 year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to the wrist and a man who was shot in the back of the head.

Investigators learned that the victims were in the 600 block of Winston Avenue when they were shot.

The department said homicide detectives were notified due to the second victim's injury.
