BALTIMORE — Hundreds of men walked the streets of Baltimore, Monday evening to stop the violence.

They teamed up with 'Speak To My Heart Ministries' to pray, give resources and spread love.

Pastor Duane and first lady Cynthia Johnson moved their ministry to Park Heights 10 years ago. They host the event every Monday night to help community members get health benefits and jobs to take care of their families.

"It's offering hope. People almost feel like they're giving up, like they live in a third world country we're showing them that we love them we care and we're offering hope." Pastor Johnson

Pastor Johnson says his goal is to have 10,000 men across Baltimore to help spread their message and help others.
