Supporters of victims of clergy sex abuse say they hope the grand jury report from Pennsylvania will lead to a similar effort in Maryland.
Gemma Hoskins, a former student at Archbishop Keough High School who was featured prominently in the Netflix series “The Keeper” spoke exclusively with WMAR-2 News’ Nadia Singh on Tuesday, after the release of the report in Pennsylvania.

"It's a glimmer of hope for the rest of the survivors,” she said. “And I think because Maryland is geographically so close to Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, that we really are hoping that our turn will be soon and. I implore our Attorney General, Brian Frosh to start taking the steps necessary to do the same thing here."
