Joan Pratt concedes to Bill Henry in primary election for Baltimore City Comptroller

BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Comptroller Joan Pratt has conceded to Bill Henry in the 2020 Maryland Primary Election.

Henry declared victory on Monday and is currently leading Pratt with 10,775 votes.

In a statement, Pratt said:

"I am grateful to God and blessed to have served the City of Baltimore for a generation. All is well. We look forward to our City reopening and overcoming the challenges posed by the global pandemic. May God continue to bless us all."
