A private funeral will be held for John Paterakis, Sr. Thursday.
Paterakis built "H&S Bakery" and transformed it into the largest privately owned bakery in the country.
He is also known for redeveloping Harbor East.
A viewing was held at the grand lodge of Maryland Wednesday.
The 87-year-old multi-millionaire died Sunday from complications with a bone marrow disorder.
