Around 350,000 people are expected to pack into Baltimore for Artscape, and that has officials urging people to take public transportation.
Now Lyft is stepping in to help you get around the arts festival, for less. First-time Lyft riders can use the promo code ARTSCAPEX17 to get two free rides up to $10. The rideshare company is also providing four pick-up and drop-off locations:
- 1501 Saint Paul St. (Railway Express Building): Lounge & Pickup / Drop-off Location
- Mt. Royal Ave. & McMechen St.: Lounge & Pickup / Drop-off Location
- Cathedral Street at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall: Pickup / Drop-off Location
- 8 E. Lafayette Ave. (at Charles St.): Pickup / Drop-off Location
There will be Lyft swag, charging stations, and light refreshments offered at each of the locations. Several roads around Artscape are blocked off and will be closed until 4 p.m. Tuesday July 25.
