BALTIMORE — A man has been arrested after a woman was shot in the torso and face back in September.

53-year-old Darryl Scott was arrested while exiting him home in the 1700 block of Ashburton Street on Thursday night.

On September 27, police received an anonymous call about a woman who had been shot in the 2800 block of Walbrook Avenue. When they got to the scene they found a 34-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso and face.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she spoke to detectives.
