A jury has awarded $75,000 to a man that sued two Baltimore City police officers over his arrest during the unrest in 2015.
Larry Lomax claimed he was sprayed in the face with tear gas then pulled to the ground by two officers after walking up to them and demanding to be arrested. His arrest was caught on video.
Several other people filed lawsuits after their arrests during the unrest after the death of Freddie Gray.
