BALTIMORE — A man has been charged with first degree murder for a shooting back in September.
On April 30, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 46 year-old Ronald Brady in the 600 block of Denison Street, without incident.

Brady was arrested for the September 9, 2019 murder of 44-year-old Desmond Scroggins, that occurred in the 1200 block of E. Lafayette Street.
Detectives took Brady to Central Booking where he has been charged with first degree murder. He is being held without bail.
