BALTIMORE — WMAR-2 News has been informed that on September 19, 2019, at approximately 9:54 p.m., Central District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Officers located 23-year-old Sean Garland with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
This victim was pronounced dead shortly after officers arrived.
Through the course of the ongoing investigation, homicide detectives discovered evidence that the shooting occurred in the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard.
