BALTIMORE — A man with a very strange nickname was arrested for a serious crime in Baltimore recently.

Police say Anthony Ward, aka Doo-Doo Butt, was involved in a road rage style shooting in October 2018.

On October 30, officers were called to the 3600 block of Old Frederick Road for a reported shooting. There they found a 20-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

Preliminary investigations reveal the shooting stemmed from an accident in the 400 block of Yale Ave, where a man riding a dirt bike hit the 20-year-old's car, causing damage.

Detectives discovered Doo-Doo Butt was the main suspect in this case and was arrested in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania on December 26, 2018.

Doo-Doo Butt is currently in Pennsylvania and awaiting extradition to Baltimore City.
