BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a Tuesday afternoon shooting on the west side.
At 1:02 p.m., patrol officers said they found man with shooting injuries in the 700 block of Cumberland Street, near Penn-North.
According to the department, his were so severe that the Homicide Unit is leading the investigation.
