BALTIMORE — A man was shot and killed in Southwest Baltimore.
On Saturday at about 11:31 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 3900 block of Stokes Drive for a report of a shooting.
Once at the scene, officers found a man, unresponsive, shot in the torso.
Medics arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
