BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a shooting in Northwest Baltimore.
On Thursday at about 6:34 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 3700 block of Arcadia for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 26 year-old man shot in the arm and leg.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was very uncooperative with investigators.
