Man shot in the arm in East Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that injured a man on the city's east side.

Officials said, officers were called the scene at 4:13 p.m. in the 2100 block of East Preston Street in the area of Collington Square Park.

There, police found a 29 year-old man who was shot in the arm.

Investigators learned that the victim was walking in the 1300 block of East Patterson Park Avenue, when he was shot by an unidentified suspect.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
