BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a shooting in North Baltimore's Govans neighborhood.
When officers arrived to the scene in the 500 block of Chateau Road, they found a 23-year-old man who was shot in his hand and leg.
He was taken to the hospital and is in good condition.
Officers learned that a red car drove through the block and someone inside the vehicle opened fire without warning.
