Man shot in the buttocks in South Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a Saturday night shooting in South Baltimore.

The department said at 11:05 p..m., officers were called to the scene of the shooting in the 2600 block of W. Patapsco Avenue. There, they found a 29-year-old man with a shooting injury to the left buttocks.

He was taken to an area hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

According to detectives, the victim said he was walking in the block when he heard multiple gunshots and realized he was shot.
