BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said a man walked into a local hospital Saturday after being shot in the elbow.
When officers arrived to the hospital, they found a 20 year-old man with a shooting injury. According the department, he told detectives that he was on Linwood Avenue when someone walked up behind him and shot him.
A crime has not been found.
