3 men were shot Friday night in South Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police say a man was injured in a shooting Friday night.

At a little before 9:10 p.m., officers were called to the 1500 block of Ramsay Street for a report of a shooting. They arrived to find a 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Another shooting happened a little over an hour later in Southwest Baltimore at around 10:15 p.m. when officers that were on patrol heard gunshots coming from the area of Edmondson Avenue and Mt. Holly Street.

They began to investigate and found a man with gunshot wounds to his body. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

A short time later, officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When officers arrived they found a man being treated for gunshot wounds to his body.

Investigators believe both victims were in the 600 block of Mt. Holly Street when they were shot. However, due to the severity of the first victims injuries, detectives from the Homicide Unit were called to the scene.
