Two men injured from gunfire, in separate shootings on the city's east side

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said two men were injured in separate shootings on the city's east side, Monday evening.

At 7:58 p.m., officers were called to investigate a shooting in the 4300 block of Loch Raven Blvd.

There, police found a 30-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his leg.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

At 9:38 p.m., officers responded to the 3100 block of McElderry Street for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man who was shot in the chest and shoulder.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
